How It Works

Every alert follows a simple three-step flow. Pick the platform event that triggers it, set any conditions you need, then chain together as many actions as you like.

Set Conditions
Filter by specific platform, event field value, or amount threshold. Only fire the alert exactly when you want it.

Group related alerts into named folders, Alert Sets. Keep your platform alerts separated, create situational profiles, and toggle entire sets on or off at once. Drag-and-drop to reorder both the sets and the alerts inside them.

Rate Limiting & Cooldowns
Stay in Control During Peak Events
Prevent alert spam during raids or subs trains. Configure per-alert rate limits, cooldown windows, and maximum completions per time increment.
Cooldown Period
Set a minimum time between two firings of the same alert to prevent rapid-fire floods.
Max Completions
Cap how many times an alert can fire within a time window, ideal for channel point redemptions.
Rate-Limited Queue
Excess events don't get dropped, they queue and process automatically once the cooldown clears.
