Intensity Scales with Donation Amount
Map the donation amount directly to intensity. A $1 tip becomes a gentle buzz. A $50 donation cranks it up. Every experience is different, and your chat will love it.

Cap how long a device can trigger for in a single alert. Prevents stuck on states.
Per-Alert Rate Limiting
